These indoor bikes are almost infinitely adjustable and can be setup to imitate most people's road or triathlon bike position. With direct chain drive linked to a 48-lb flywheel, you will get the best workout ever while improving your pedaling technique.

The CycleOps Pro 300PT Indoor Cycle includes an elctronic computer that records power, heart rate, speed, distance, time, and cadence. Data is stored on the computer and can be downloaded to your PC via a simple USB connection. You can then analyze your workouts with the included PowerLink software. All this and a PowerTap power sensor for the complete training experience.
