All pivot joints feature double ball bearings while the rear circle joints feature pendulum bearings. This ensures an especially smooth and even sequence of motions. The Kettler Mondeo Elliptical Trainer is synonymous with attractive design, proven technology and program control. The resistance is generated via a magnetic brake system. All the joints are fitted with double ball bearings and those for the rear disk have high-quality self-aligning ball bearings. The quick adjustment of the non-skid treading surfaces permits convenient adjustment for persons of different sizes.
