The Spirit® XR425 Recumbent Bike has the smallest footprint of any recumbent on the market! The extra wide seat botton along with an adjustable, breathable mesh seat back allows for customized comfort. The Q-Factor, or distance between the left and right pedals is the narrowist in the industry. Built in hand pulse sensors and Polar heart rate control ensure that you are training at your optimum level.

The Spirit® XR425 Recumbent Bike features a heavy flywheel (24 lbs) and high gear ration which results in an extremely smooth feel. Cushioned foot pedals help to eliminate foot numbness. The display board incorporates a heart rate graph to ensure you are exercising at the proper level. An integrated fan keeps you cool.
